NH HOME INSPECTION LAWS -- The State of New Hampshire currently has two different sets of proposed home inspection licensing laws and home inspection regulations awaiting passage, one in the House and one in the Senate. Both are currently in committee.
The House version is HB763 and the Senate version is SB212.
