HINET Home Inspection is by far and away the top home inspection company in the area when it comes to servicing our customers. From our full-time staff of licensed professional home inspectors, to our full-time friendly and courteous office staff, to our crew of field technicians... nobody does it better.

As soon as you schedule your home inspection with us, we go to work. Whether it is to have laboratory testing started days before the home inspection so you get your results sooner, or if it's to arrange to have other services done simultaneously with the home inspection, we are on the job. We are competitively priced, but have no competition when it comes to the amount of service we provide.

You will have a 42-page New Hampshire-compliant inspection report or 57-page Massachusetts-compliant inspection report prepared for you onsite. We will go over the report with you so you won't be confused by trying to figure out the report yourself. We will not leave until your questions are answered.
