Why Choose HINET?
Choosing the right home inspector can be almost as important as choosing the right home.
Why? Because many homes - even new ones - have defects that you
may not notice. A skilled Home Inspection Professional, however, has
the training and experience needed to look for visual signs of defects
in your new home. These defects, if not detected and repaired prior to
closing, can cost you, the new homeowner, thousands of dollars in
repair bills.
So why should you make HINET Home Inspection your first choice for home inspections?
In our opinion, you owe it to yourself and your family to hire the
best inspection service you can find. We have developed our service
with you in mind, and we honestly believe that we are the best in this
area. We will not knowingly fail to report our opinion on the
significant facts of the physical condition for any property we
inspect; nor will we exaggerate issues that are trivial, cosmetic, or
routine maintenance.
Our job is to inspect your home - not repair it. We do NOT
solicit or perform any of the repairs or upgrades suggested during the
inspection. We are not affiliated with any contractor, nor do we give
or receive referral fees. This assures that our recommendations are
unbiased, objective, and prevents a major conflict of interest for all
parties in the real estate transaction.
WE WANT YOU THERE. . .
The
inspection is a great learning tool. After the inspection is over, you
will likely know the home better than the previous owner.
PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATORS . . .
All homes have some problems. The only question is usually how serious are these problems? The HINET Inspectors
are trained to recognize the difference between serious and
not-so-serious problems and communicate that difference to you! Our job
is to provide you unbiased professional advice about your home. This
helps in the negotiation process and lets you establish priorities for
your maintenance or repair plans.
WE WRITE BETTER REPORTS. . .
They're thorough, easy to understand, and well organized.
We may charge a little bit more than some of our competitors, but you don't want a cheap inspection. A cheap inspection may be the most expensive thing you'll ever buy. Cheap inspectors often know less and do less, which is one reason they're cheap.
A cheap inspection often costs you thousands of dollars down the road because of missed or overlooked defects.
Super Fast Laboratory Results
Most home inspection companies will set up radon tests and take
water samples on the day of the inspection. This practice can cause
delays from several days to a week or more, especially when the samples
are sent through the mail. WE WORK DIFFERENTLY! As
soon as you schedule your home inspection with us, we start making the
necessary arrangements to have these things done days before your home
inspection. Since our network is extensive, we will always have someone
available to hand carry all samples directly to the testing labs. We do
this for you, so you won't have to deal with lengthy delays and, most
of all, to minimize the stress that comes with needless waiting. **
WE GO THE EXTRA MILE..... LITERALLY!
Lifetime In-Home Technical Assistance
It should be comforting for you to know that after you move into
your house, we provide you with a free in-home consultation service to
answer questions that may arise from time to time regarding maintenance
and repair of your home. Simply put - we treat you like family.
Our Reports
We are competitively priced, but have no competition when it comes
to the amount of service we provide. You will have a 28-page report
prepared for you onsite. We will go over the report with you so you
won't be confused by trying to figure out the report yourself. We will
not leave until your questions are answered.
** This service is limited by geographical area and by our ability to be granted access prior to the home inspection.
